What a feeling

The producer of this video, Lee Cochran, approached me to add some graphic and visual effects to the music video. It was a lot of fun.

What I worked on

  • Animated title screen “What a feeling”.

  • Created colourful animations and 3D tracked them to the brick wall scenes behind Tennyson and Skye, which included rotoscoping them out of the foreground.

  • Created social media overlay screen (“Feels”) as well as animating the buttons and text scroll, and adding emojis and border effects.

  • Created the 3D rolling “mentos” pack in Blender and composited it into the video.

  • Added visulal effects such as the VHS / cathode-ray-tube look, some other chromatic aberration effects, and some animated scene transitions.
